The new FUSION AS CROSS jacket from GORE BIKE WEAR™ can be described in just three words: tough, versatile and stylish. You can see at a glance that this garment offers a lot more than an ordinary mountain biking jacket. It feels good as soon as you put it on and especially good when you're wearing it while charging along a narrow trail.

External protection
The bold strips on the shoulders and arms certainly give the jacket a truly unique look - but that's not all. They are actually wear-resistant patches, protecting the outer material of the garment from tears and scratches without impeding your freedom of movement on the bike. They are placed exactly where protection is most needed - on the elbows, where you are likely to brush against bushes, rocks or tree branches, and on the shoulders, as protection from wear caused by the movement of your pack.

Comfort from the inside
There is a lot happening under the patches as well. The ultra-light windproof and water-repellent WINDSTOPPER® Active Shell provides protection against cooling down and light drizzle. The outstanding breathability of the shell also delivers optimum climate comfort. And after a particularly demanding section of track, you can simply open the underarm vents and let the air in, for a rapid heat exchange process. WINDSTOPPER® Stretch Material has been incorporated in the jacket structure at the sides and on the elbows, where you need plenty of freedom of movement.

Fine-tuning
Other high end features that can be expected from our products include the Napoleon pocket with zip - easily accessed even with a pack on your back - and also the front zip with semi-lock slider, zip underflap and zip port, not to mention the adjustable sleeve hem width.
Reflective logos at the front and sides and on the sleeve cater to your safety requirements.
