How can I find a dealer who stocks GORE BIKE WEAR™ products?

Please note that, while we make every effort to keep the information provided by our dealers up to date, we cannot guarantee that the dealer you choose will have the required garment in stock. We advise you to contact the dealer by telephone first.
I have chosen the model I want, but I don’t know where I can go to buy one. What should I do?
Even where a dealer has been supplied with a large quantity of our products, your size may well be out of stock a short time later – so unfortunately we are not able to tell you where you can buy a specific model in your size and the colour of your choice. Using the Store Finder function on our website, you will be able to find the names of several dealers in your area. Even if they do not have the model you require, they will be able to order it from us (if it is still available), or suggest an alternative.
Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
Gore’s policy is to address any complaints about GORE BIKE WEAR™ products as quickly as possible, to ensure you remain satisfied with our products and services. Please submit your complaint in the first instance to the retail outlet where you purchased the product. Wash the garment and take it to the retailer, with your receipt, to enable our dealer to process your complaint. If production or material defects are identified, we will first try to repair the product if this is possible. Otherwise you will receive a replacement or your money back, at the discretion of the retailer.
Have you lost your receipt?
The statutory warranty period for product defects is two years from date of purchase. Accordingly, your receipt is proof of the date of purchase, and also gives the retailer confirmation that the garment was in fact purchased from its establishment. If this evidence is not available, it may be necessary to charge processing fees – so all receipts should therefore be kept until the warranty period has expired.

The product materials are shown on the garment care label.
Can I order goods directly from GORE BIKE WEAR™?
No, we accept orders only from specialist retailers.
Can I be sponsored by GORE BIKE WEAR™?
At the moment, there are no direct sponsorship arrangements for GORE BIKE WEAR™. Your local retailer may be prepared to equip you with our products under a ‘Local Hero’ sponsorship deal. Please contact your retailer directly.
Can I get a GORE BIKE WEAR™ product catalogue?
Hard-copy catalogues are supplied only to our specialist retailers, but an overview of our current collection is always available on the Internet. Our web pages are specifically designed for end users, and include a lot of information that is not provided in the retailer catalogues.
